Built in 2001 at a cost of $50,000, our 42' x 44' two bay firehouse is attached to the Town of Westmore Garage and the state of VT District 9 Garage. The building houses our two trucks, equipment and our base station for our radio, our antenna sits atop the building. It is heated entirely by wood through a large woodstove that serves the firehouse and town garage.

BRAND NEW 2005 KENWORTH PUMPER/TANKER
Our newest addition is a brand new 2005 Fouts Brothers Kenworth Pumper/Tanker, Powered by
a 330 HP Cummings Diesel with an Allision Automatic Transmission. It has a 1250 GPM Darley
Midship Pump 4- 2 1/2" Discharges, 6" Suction, 2- 1 1/2" Preconnects, 1000' of 4" hose, pike poles, axes and a 3000 gallon port-a-pond. It has a 2750 gallon poly tank with a 10" Newton Dump with two 2 1/2" rear tank fills. it has a 911 SCBA Officers seat and all NFPA compliant emergency lighting and striping. Total cost $131,000, A FEMA/FIREACT GRANT of $108,000 made this possible.
