A little after midnight, March 2, 2006 Cindy J. Shover lost her courageous battle with cancer.
Cindy Shover joined WFD in November of 2001. During her tenure on the dept., she was elected Safety Officer of the Dept., she was the secretary of Westmore Fireman's Association, Inc. and she was our representative on the Northeast International Mutual Aid. Cindy was a huge support for her organization as well as helping out many other area fire departments. She will be missed.
She is at peace!
